In which cases will I be able to return an order?

• The exchange or return period is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
• If the exchange or return is due to a product defect or error on our part, our store is responsible, you must contact customer service personnel by email, and we will solve the problem for you.

The following are the client's responsibilities:

• Change the size or product.
• Loss caused by improper use.
• The color of the product received is different from the color shown on the screen, in this case, it must be remembered that the color may vary depending on each manufacturer or screen configuration.
• Custom jerseys cannot be returned.
• After receiving the clothes, check the packaging and merchandise carefully. If the tag is removed, the product that affects the second sale will not be returned or compensated. Due to the special nature of T-shirts and printing, it is recommended not to machine wash clothes, not to soak for a long time, not to bleach, and not to strongly rub the printed name and number, bracelet, and advertising logo when washing hands.

For all these situations, the client will bear the corresponding expenses, having to contact us also by sending an email, and we will provide a better solution based on their request.

Refund information

• 1. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment. After reaching an agreement between the customer and the store, once the refund is authorized, the payment will be processed within 3 to 30 business days.
• 2. Despite the best efforts of ColorMadrid, due to market changes and various factors that are difficult to control with reasonable commercial efforts, this website cannot avoid out-of-stock situations, incorrect price indications, etc. From the order information submitted by you, you have the right to cancel the order of the purchased merchandise, and ColorMadrid also has the right to cancel the order itself. If you have already paid and the order does not ship, you will be refunded.
